Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from OmniFlux. If you're not, you can return it.

Your right to cancel
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel it or return it. You then have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, accessories and manuals included.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and personal care products cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Sealed or hygiene-protected items that have been opened, and personalised items, cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to return an item

  1. Email omniflux.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the returns address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked service. Please keep your proof of postage.

Return postage
If you've changed your mind, you're responsible for the cost of returning the item. If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we'll cover the return postage.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item. Standard delivery charges are refunded if you cancel the whole order.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos where possible. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including delivery and return costs.

Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
